The VC-2200 and VC-3200 Vibration Comparators are high-performance digital signal processors that offer three basic functions: detection, measurement, and judgment. The comparators accept signals from accelerometers to detect abnormalities in machines (detection), monitor vibration levels (measurement) and judge vibration levels based on measurements (judgment).
In contrast with conventional measurement devices such as vibrometers, the VC-2200 and VC-3200 can simultaneously process two frequency bands and thus quantify sensory inspection results, which has been difficult previously.
Ono Sokki VC-2200 and VC-3200 Series Comparators can be employed measurements system configurations with or without communications with a host computer (RS-232 or AX-5022 interface) or control by a PLC (gate signal input and 3 comparator output lines for indicating the results of GO/NG judgment). Additional analog outputs from the VC-2200/3200 are available to drive FFT analyzers or recorders. A headphone monitoring (3.5 mini plug) is available to enable subjective operator evaluation during testing.
